Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the APG Housing Solutions website and portals, operated by Africa Procurement Group Limited (Company No. 10553435), Devonshire House, One Mayfair Place, London W1J 8AJ.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Staff and Admin accounts are invite only and subject to internal authorisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content. Maintenance requests must be made in good faith.

4. Property listings & placements

Property listings, availability and placement decisions are subject to landlord agreements, referring authority approvals and compliance checks. Listings do not constitute an offer.

5. Payments & invoicing

All charges are in pounds sterling (£). Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur statutory interest.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
